Description

Summary Our dental clinic gets a high volume of repetitive patient questions (hours, insurance, appointment availability, pricing for common procedures) via our website chat and Facebook page. We need an AI chatbot that: Answers FAQs accurately using our clinic's info (procedures, pricing, insurance accepted) Escalates to a human (via Slack/email alert) when it can't confidently answer Books appointments directly into our practice management calendar Works across website widget + Facebook Messenger Built on n8n or Make.com with OpenAI as the AI layer Must be comfortable with HIPAA-adjacent data handling best practices (we won't share actual patient records, but want someone who understands the sensitivity).
