Summary About the Project We are building an innovative AI-powered Hospital Intelligence System that sits on top of existing Hospital Information Management Systems (HMIS). This is NOT another HMIS. The goal is to create an AI Decision Intelligence Platform that automatically identifies operational, financial, clinical, and patient experience problems, performs root cause analysis, recommends corrective actions, and tracks execution.
