We are looking for an experienced AI specialist with strong expertise in Anthropic's Claude models to help us build reliable, production-ready AI workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Claude for prompt engineering, structured outputs, document analysis, and automation. You should understand Claude's strengths, limitations, and best practices for achieving consistent, high-quality results. Responsibilities Design and optimize Claude prompts for complex use cases. Build AI workflows powered by Claude. Improve response quality, accuracy, and reliability. Integrate Claude with APIs and automation platforms where needed. Troubleshoot and refine existing implementations. Document prompts and workflow logic. Requirements Proven experience working with Anthropic Claude. Strong prompt engineering skills. Experience integrating AI models via APIs. Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar is a plus. Ability to produce clean, maintainable documentation. Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience with vector databases and AI agents.
