Summary We are looking for a developer with strong, proven experience working directly with the Amazon Selling Partner API. The scope of this job is only to build the SP-API connection and data pipelines. No frontend, dashboard, Retool, or broader system work is required at this stage. The developer will connect our Amazon seller accounts and pull the main SP-API reports and endpoints into our own Supabase/PostgreSQL database. The integration should include: Login with Amazon authentication Automatic token refresh US, Canada, and Mexico marketplaces Report requests Report status polling Report document downloads Parsing and database insertion Duplicate prevention Rate-limit handling Retry logic Error logging Run history Scheduled automatic syncs Clear documentation The initial reports and modules will include: Inventory Ledger Live FBA Inventory Unsuppressed Inventory Reimbursements FBA Fees Inbound Shipments Inbound Shipment Items Product Fee Estimates Pricing data Other relevant seller reports identified during the work Each report should have its own clearly named database table and should preserve all useful fields returned by Amazon. For every completed module, we expect: Working API connection Populated database table Successful test run Last successful sync timestamp Error and run logs Duplicate-prevention logic Automated schedule Short documentation Please apply only if you have personally built Amazon SP-API integrations before. Have you built the full request → poll → download → parse → database process? Have you worked with Inventory Ledger, Reimbursements, FBA Fees, or Inbound Shipments? How do you handle HTTP 429 errors and Amazon rate limits? How do you prevent duplicate imports? Have you worked with Supabase or PostgreSQL? How many hours do you estimate for the full initial SP-API integration? How many hours can you dedicate per week? Who will personally perform the work? Can you work directly inside our Supabase account so all code and data remain under our ownership?
