Summary Building the next generation of outbound intelligence. Instead of sales teams wasting time calling bad data, we're building an AI platform that validates phone numbers, determines whether the right person answered, confirms name matching, identifies voicemail vs. human, and delivers confidence scores before a rep ever dials. Our goal is to build the industry's smartest outbound intelligence platform. The Role We're looking for a founding Senior Software Engineer to build an AI-first SaaS platform from the ground up. You'll architect and build the core infrastructure powering telephony integrations, AI pipelines, CRM workflows, APIs, customer dashboards, and scalable backend services. This isn't a maintenance role, you'll help shape the product from day one. What You'll Build Our platform is built on three AI layers: Layer 1: Calling Engine Twilio Voice API · Automatic Machine Detection (AMD) · call recording · SIP integration · call outcome tracking Layer 2: Speech Recognition Integration of speech-to-text engines (Deepgram, optionally OpenAI Whisper, or alternative ASR providers), owning transcription accuracy, latency optimization, speaker detection, and confidence scoring. Layer 3: Reasoning Engine Using OpenAI models to determine: Is this the correct person? Does the spoken name match our CRM? Human vs. voicemail? Valid number? Confidence score? all returned as structured JSON.
