Summary # WhatsApp Cloud API / Meta Business Expert Needed I'm looking for an experienced developer who has successfully deployed production WhatsApp Cloud API integrations using Meta's official API. The goal is to get my WhatsApp Cloud API fully configured and production-ready for a SaaS application that sends and receives WhatsApp messages. ## Current Status I already have most of the infrastructure in place, including: * Meta Business Manager * Meta Developer App * WhatsApp product configured * Business Verification submitted (currently under review) * Backend application * Webhook infrastructure * Existing API integration work I'm looking for someone to review everything, identify any missing pieces, and finish the production setup. ## Responsibilities * Review my Meta Business Manager configuration. * Review my Meta Developer App configuration. * Configure the WhatsApp Business Account correctly. * Connect and configure the production phone number. * Configure System Users and permanent access tokens. * Verify all required permissions and assets are correctly configured. * Configure webhook subscriptions and verify they work properly. * Test both outbound and inbound messaging. * Troubleshoot any Meta configuration, verification, permission, or approval issues. * Ensure the setup follows Meta best practices for production use. * Explain any changes made so I can maintain the integration going forward. ## Requirements You should have experience with: * Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API * Meta Business Manager * Meta Developer Platform * WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) * System Users * Permanent Access Tokens * Webhook configuration * Graph API * Production WhatsApp deployments Please do **not** apply if your experience is primarily with Twilio, MessageBird, 360dialog, or other third-party WhatsApp providers. I'm specifically looking for experience with Meta's official Cloud API. ## Deliverables At the completion of the project I expect: * WhatsApp Cloud API fully configured for production * Production phone number connected and working * Permanent access token configured * Incoming webhook events functioning correctly * Outgoing messages successfully sending * All required Meta permissions configured * Production-ready setup with no remaining configuration issues * Documentation of anything important that was changed ## To Apply Please include: 1. Whether you've dealt with production onboarding or Meta permission issues before. 4. Examples of similar projects (if possible). This should be a relatively quick project for someone who has done this multiple times.
