Description
Summary We're an established DTC telehealth brand that just got onboarded to Bask Health and need a specialist who has actually built and launched on Bask to help us configure it and integrate it with our existing website. This is a hands-on + advisory role. I have a developer handling part of the build (I use Claude Code for code work), but I need someone with real Bask expertise who can both do the configuration/integration work directly and advise on the right way to set things up — the platform knowledge, the gotchas, and the "here's how it's actually done" that only comes from having shipped on Bask before. Scope of work: Configure our Bask instance properly (intake/questionnaire builder, patient portal, product/compound catalog, provider workflows) Integrate Bask with our front-end site via the API (headless setup) Wire up payments/subscriptions and the checkout flow Get the full flow working end to end: intake → consult → prescription → fulfillment Flag compliance and configuration pitfalls before they cause problems Work alongside my developer where it makes sense You're a strong fit if you: Have hands-on experience configuring and launching at least one live brand on Bask Health (not "I read the docs" — I'll ask about specifics) Know Bask's API and headless architecture, not just the no-code builder Have done DTC telehealth integrations before (intake, e-prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, subscription billing) Communicate clearly and can move fast with a technical, hands-on founder To apply, please answer: Which Bask brand(s) have you launched or worked on, and what was your role? What's the single biggest mistake you see people make setting up Bask? Your hourly rate and rough availability over the next 2–3 weeks. Please keep all communication on Upwork. Do not contact us by email, phone, or any channel outside the platform — any attempt to take contact off Upwork before hiring will be an automatic disqualification. Applications that don't answer the three questions above will be ignored.
