AI Developer Needed – Multi-Agent Real Estate Acquisition Platform We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a multi-agent AI platform that automates commercial real estate acquisition across the United States. The platform should include AI agents that can: * Find hard-corner, freeway exit, and high-potential commercial properties using GIS, satellite imagery, parcel, and traffic data. * Analyze properties based on visibility, traffic counts, zoning, accessibility, and development potential. * Identify property owners and gather contact information (phone, email, mailing address, business entities). * Automatically send personalized email outreach and follow-up campaigns. * Integrate an AI voice agent to call property owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. * Store and rank properties in a searchable database with interactive maps and dashboards.
