Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML developer to build an intelligent CRM Agent using Azure AI Foundry and GPT-4o. The agent will automate lead management, customer follow-ups, and sales analytics. What We Need: AI agent that reads CRM data (leads, contacts, deals) Auto-scores leads based on behavior and demographics Sends personalized follow-up emails/messages automatically Generates weekly sales performance reports Detects at-risk customers and alerts sales team Integrates with existing CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics) Tech Stack Required: Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI GPT-4o Python (FastAPI or Flask) REST API integration Microsoft Teams notifications Jira ticket creation for follow-up tasks Deliverables: Working AI agent codebase API documentation Deployment guide Demo video Skills Required: Azure AI Foundry Python OpenAI/GPT-4o CRM integrations REST APIs
