I need someone to help me build an AI tool, app, or similar that can work for a physiotherapist in Canada. It needs to be HIPA/PEPIDA compliant and any other relevant regulations. The tool should assist in managing patient data and providing insights to improve treatment plans. Experience in healthcare compliance and AI development is essential. The tool needs to be able to A) either generate a transcript and put it into a SOAP/Physiotherapy note format with all the clinically relevant information in the right areas- or take a transcript from another service like heidi health or janeapp scribe or hippo scribe etc then it needs to B) generate an email extracting all pertinent follow up information - education, posture, pacing, follow up criteria, other medical services - and include in this email C) a transcript version of a home exercise plan in plain text only - that is hyper linked via keyword to my own private/proprietary exercise library (hyperlink style to relevant/correct videos)- just needs to include reps and sets and times per week- all the cues for exercises are in the videos Bonus- D) if the app can recognize product key words and include at the bottom an equipment subheading with links to said equipment
