Summary We already have a working platform that automatically records personalized outreach videos for sales. We’re looking for an experienced Python developer to help us add dynamic audio personalization to our existing workflow. This is not about rebuilding our platform or integrating with Loom itself. The video generation system is already working. The goal is to automatically insert small pieces of personalized audio (such as a prospect’s first name, company name, or industry) into pre-recorded outreach videos while keeping the final result natural and seamless. What We Already Have * A working automated video generation platform * Automated lead processing * Lead data (first name, company name, industry, etc.) * Existing backend and workflow Your Responsibilities * Implement dynamic audio personalization into our existing platform * Insert lead-specific information into pre-recorded outreach videos * Ensure the final audio sounds smooth and natural * Integrate the solution into our existing Python backend * Build a fully automated workflow that can run at scale * Test and optimize the output quality Requirements * Strong Python experience * Experience with audio processing or speech technologies * Experience integrating AI or automation into existing systems * Experience building scalable backend workflows * Ability to write clean, maintainable code Nice to Have * Experience with speech synthesis or text-to-speech technologies * Experience with open-source AI tools * Experience with Docker or Linux deployments When Applying Please include: * Similar projects you’ve built * The technologies you would use * How you would approach this implementation * Your estimated fixed price and timeline This is a focused implementation project.
