Our digital agency is looking to hire a Bland.ai AI voice agent specialist to build out a production ready workflow with the following initial requirements: High Level Scope: 1.) Configure a Bland.ai AI voice agent to instantly answer or call new leads, qualify them through a guided conversation, and transfer qualified leads using call routing. 2.) Build fallback automations so if the lead doesn't answer, they automatically enter a multi-channel follow-up sequence with SMS, email, and additional call attempts. 3.) Create a long-term nurture workflow that continues following up until the lead responds or opts out. 4.) Configure business-hour rules so all outbound calls, texts, and emails are only sent during specified operating hours and days. 5.) Set up reporting, tags, pipeline updates, and notifications to ensure every lead is tracked throughout the process.
