We are looking for an experienced Business Automation Specialist to design and build a complete automation system for our business. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve lead response times, organize customer information, and create a reliable workflow between our CRM, communication tools, calendar, and project management system. This is not a simple one step automation. We need someone who can understand our current process, recommend the right structure, and build a clean system that is easy to manage and expand. Scope of Work The automation system should include: • Capture new leads from website forms, landing pages, social media, and other sources • Automatically add and organize leads inside GoHighLevel or another suitable CRM • Assign tags, pipeline stages, lead sources, and custom fields • Send automatic email and SMS follow ups based on lead activity • Notify our team through Slack or email when a qualified lead enters the system • Send a booking link and create calendar appointments • Update the CRM when an appointment is booked, cancelled, or completed • Create tasks or project records in ClickUp, Trello, or another project management tool • Use AI to summarize lead information, categorize inquiries, or create personalized responses • Connect different platforms through n8n, Make.com, APIs, or webhooks • Add error handling, duplicate prevention, logging, and backup processes • Test the complete workflow and provide basic documentation Platforms and Tools Experi
