Summary I'm looking for a developer to build a lightweight tool or script that takes a customer message (email, chat, or review) as input and generates three tone-matched reply drafts using an LLM API. This is a small, straightforward project that should only take a few hours for someone familiar with LLM APIs. Scope of Work The tool should: - Accept customer messages via: - Command line arguments - Text file input - Interactive prompt - Use an LLM API (OpenAI, Claude, or a similar provider) to generate responses. - Produce the following reply variations: - Polite / Neutral - Firm / Professional - Apologetic / Empathetic - Display clearly labeled outputs in the terminal or optionally save them to a text or JSON file.
