Description

I need assistance with a contact form on my husband's website. The form was created using Google Forms but doesn't work properly, it's a simple contact form that is supposed to forward the information to his email. I'm looking for someone to identify the issue and implement a solution to ensure the form functions correctly. I have no idea how to fix something like this someone did this for me. The ideal candidate should have experience in web development and be able to troubleshoot and fix issues with contact forms. I know this is a really small job but it would really help us out in a big way. Thank you
