AI Workflow / Design Systems Engineer Needed for Repeatable Illustration Production Pipeline Overview I'm building a new content brand that publishes hundreds (eventually thousands) of illustrated instruction manuals. I am not looking for someone to create individual illustrations. I'm looking for someone who can help architect a repeatable production system that allows AI to generate new illustrations while maintaining nearly perfect visual consistency across every release. If you enjoy solving difficult workflow problems involving AI, design systems, reusable assets, and automation, this project may be a great fit. The Problem Current image-generation models create excellent individual illustrations, but they redraw assets differently every time. For my project, this is unacceptable. Every poster must preserve: Identical character proportions Identical line weights Identical typography Identical spacing Identical panel rhythm Identical visual language Identical object style Only these elements should change: Poster title Character pose Approved objects Captions Everything else should remain visually consistent.
