Description

We use Retell AI for our phone system and need a specialist to optimize the voice settings and call quality of our existing agents. Scripts and technical setup are already complete. This role covers only voice configuration within Retell AI: Select and configure the best voice option Adjust speech settings (speed, pitch, stability, pauses) Adjust conversation timing settings (interruption sensitivity, response delay) Fix pronunciation of specific words (street names, numbers, dollar amounts) Test calls and refinements with our team Requirements: hands-on Retell AI experience.
