Summary I run a small consulting practice on my own, and right now I'm handling new client inquiries manually through email and a spreadsheet — it's slow and things fall through the cracks. I need someone to build an automated intake system: Web form (Typeform or similar) captures new lead info Lead data pushed automatically into my CRM (Pipedrive) Notification sent to me in Slack when a new lead comes in Lead automatically gets a booking link (Cal.com) to schedule a discovery call Once booked, a new project record is created in ClickUp for onboarding Looking for someone experienced with AI automation tools like Make.com or n8n who can map this out efficiently and build it without unnecessary complexity. Bonus if you've built similar systems before and can show examples. I'm not looking for a huge platform — just a clean, reliable workflow that removes manual steps.
