Description

Summary I am launching a subscription voice AI service for consumers in five English-speaking countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Callers talk with lifelike AI voice agents over the phone or through a lightweight web app. The concept and positioning are confidential and the full brief comes after an NDA, but the build itself is standard voice AI plumbing plus a consumer website. You will know within a minute of reading the scope whether this is your lane. The groundwork is laid: accounts, API keys, domains, draft pages and written documentation are ready and waiting. I need an AI web developer to do the build and launch this weekend. That includes making the website genuinely attractive: draft pages exist with structure and copy, and they need a designer’s eye so the finished site looks like a polished consumer brand rather than a prototype. If your sites work but look plain, this is the wrong job for you. This role is built around AI-assisted development. I expect you to build with AI tools (Claude Code or similar), and a core deliverable is the AI agent setup that maintains the site after launch (details below). What is already in place: • Domains registered, with a GitHub repo and Vercel project created and waiting • Three responsive HTML pages drafted with structure and copy, including the start page callers use (needs visual redesign, never deployed) • Vapi, Twilio, Stripe (test sandbox), Supabase and Loops accounts all set up with API keys ready • All 11 agent prompts fully written, one per persona, with voice, behaviour and safety rules documented and ready to load • Written documentation: task list, onboarding flow, operations plan and a verified status file so you know exactly what exists Scope (what you will build): 1. Redesign and finish the website so it looks premium, warm and trustworthy on mobile and desktop, and converts. Keep the existing structure and copy, lift the visual design 2. Provision Twilio numbers for US, UK, Canada, Australia and NZ and bridge them to the production Vapi project 3. Load the 11 agent prompts (supplied) into Vapi and configure the voice and accent model for each 4. Build the start page selector (agent and accent), push the code to my GitHub repo and deploy to Vercel on a production URL 5. Create the Supabase project and schema (trial, subscriber and whitelist tables) 6. Wire the Stripe webhook: successful payment creates the subscriber record in Supabase and whitelists the caller in Vapi 7. Set up the welcome email sequence in Loops, triggered from the same webhook 8. Technical SEO basics: canonical tags and meta descriptions across the site 9. End-to-end dry run in Stripe test mode, then a live dial-in test with me across all five countries 10. Set up the maintenance AI agent (see below) and document the whole system The AI agent requirement (core deliverable, read this): I run this business with AI agents doing the day-to-day work and humans directing them. Before this contract closes, you will set up an AI agent (I work in Claude, so Claude Code or a Claude Project) loaded with the documentation, repo access and step-by-step instructions it needs to handle future website updates and routine maintenance. Everything lives in my accounts, every credential and process is documented, and I can run the agent myself without you. That is the point: I keep full control. If we then continue month to month, you work with that agent to ship updates faster, and the setup means neither of us starts from scratch. Timeline: Start as soon as you are hired, ideally Saturday. Target completion Sunday night or Monday. Please be honest in your proposal about the hours you can commit this weekend. Payment and ongoing work: Fixed price, paid in milestones. Suggested split: milestone 1 is the redesigned site plus all agents live in production, milestone 2 is payments and backend wiring, milestone 3 is tested go-live plus the maintenance agent set up and documented. Quote your price for the full scope and propose your own split if you would structure it differently. A note on pricing: I expect you to work AI-assisted, and I have scoped this for someone who has done it before. For that person this is a focused couple of days, and your quote should reflect that. I would rather pay a fair rate to someone fast and proven than a big number to someone learning on my project. If the launch goes well this becomes an ongoing monthly contract for website updates and improvements, working alongside the agent you set up. You can see from my profile that I have hired many freelancers here over the years, and this is one line of a group with several products behind it. Confidentiality and access: You will sign an NDA after hire, then receive access to my accounts (Vapi, Twilio, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Loops). Everything is built inside my accounts so there is no handover risk. One firm rule: API keys live in environment variables only and never in code pushed to a repository. About you: • You have shipped at least one production Vapi build (Retell or Bland experience also considered) • Your portfolio includes consumer sites that look beautiful, and you can show them • Comfortable with Stripe webhooks, Supabase and Vercel • You build with AI tools daily (Claude Code or similar) and have set up agent workflows
