Summary I need a GoHighLevel and Twilio automation expert to build a white-label missed-call text-back system I can deploy across many local business clients. When a business misses a call, the caller instantly gets a text with a booking link; the appointment lands on the calendar with confirmation and reminder texts, and the lead syncs into GoHighLevel or the client’s existing CRM (HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.) via n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. Deliverables: complete GHL snapshot/template with workflows, pipelines, calendars, and SMS copy; reliable missed-call detection for busy, declined, and after-hours calls; two documented external CRM integrations; a 3-5 touch follow-up sequence with stop-on-reply and opt-out handling; automated weekly client reports; full A2P 10DLC registration documentation for US business texting; a step-by-step deployment SOP with Loom videos so my team can launch a new client in under 2 hours; and one live end-to-end test deployment. Requirements: proven GHL expertise with examples, Twilio experience, CRM integration experience, and A2P 10DLC registration experience (hard requirement). Fixed price, milestone-based.
