Summary Automation & AI Systems Architect (n8n + Claude + Internal Tools) We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & AI Systems Architect who can help us build the next generation of internal systems for our fast-growing eCommerce business. This is not a small automation project or a one-time task. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term strategic partner and help us identify, design, and build automation systems that will improve our speed, efficiency, and decision-making across the company. We operate multiple dropshipping brands across different markets and are looking for someone who understands how to use AI, automation, and data systems to create a competitive advantage. The Mission Your role will be to help us build an internal automation ecosystem that reduces manual work, improves quality control, and helps our teams make better decisions faster. You will work closely with our team to understand our processes, identify bottlenecks, and create scalable solutions using tools such as: n8n Claude / AI agents APIs Webhooks Slack integrations Databases Internal dashboards/apps Other automation and AI technologies you recommend Main Projects & Responsibilities 1. AI Funnel Review & Quality Control System We want to build an internal app where funnel builders can submit their funnel links and receive an automated analysis. The system should be able to: Analyze funnels based on our SOPs and winning funnel concepts Score funnels using predefined criteria Identify weaknesses and conversion opportunities Provide detailed feedback and recommended improvements Compare funnels against successful examples Track funnel quality over time Create reports for team leads The goal is to eliminate manual funnel reviews and create a scalable quality-control system. 2. AI Ad Creative Review System We want a similar system for our advertising team. When ad creators upload creatives, the system should: Analyze static ads and other creative formats Review based on our winning ad frameworks Evaluate hooks, angles, messaging, design, and conversion potential Provide actionable feedback Score creatives before they are tested Track performance feedback and learn from winning ads The goal is to help our team create better ads faster without requiring constant manual reviews. 3. Slack-Based Team Reporting & Feedback System We want to improve communication and visibility across teams. The system should: Connect with Slack Collect daily updates from team members Create structured end-of-day reports Summarize progress, problems, and feedback Send relevant insights to funnel builders, ad creators, and team leaders Create visibility across projects 4. AI Product Research Automation We want to improve our product research process. When our research team submits a potential product, the system should automatically: Research relevant market data Find competitor ads Analyze existing winning creatives Identify trends and angles Evaluate whether a product has testing potential Provide a structured product score The goal is to make faster and better product testing decisions.
