We are a senior living/assisted living marketing team looking for a developer to build or redesign our website, manage ongoing hosting and implement an SEO strategy to improve local search visibility. Scope of Work -Design/develop a 8-12 page website or redesign existing site - Set up and manage hosting - Conduct SEO audit and implement on page SEO (keywords, meta, tags, site speed, mobile optimization) -Ongoing SEO strategy: local SEO for senior living searches in senior living, Columbus(subject to change), content recommendations, monthly reporting -CMS preference: recommendations welcome Requirements -Proven experience in web development AND SEO (please share 2-3 relevant portfolio examples, ideally in healthcare/senior living or similar regulated industry) -Experience with local SEO/Google Business Profile optimization strong plus -Ongoing availability for post launch updates and SEO maintenance Budget and Timeline Fixed price for build + hourly/retainer for ongoing hosting + SEO Target launch :TBD
