Summary Hi everyone, I've been thinking about this idea for a while now. I currently run a business where we deal with a lot of repetitive processes, and I've always felt there should be a better way to manage everything in one place instead of jumping between different tools. At first, I was only planning to build it for my own use. But after talking to a couple of people who have experienced they suggested I build it as a white-label, multi-tenant platform instead. That way, if it works well, it can eventually be used by other businesses too instead of starting from scratch every time. The more I thought about it, the more it made sense. So now I'm looking for someone who has actually built SaaS products or large web applications before. Some of the things I know I'll need are multi-tenancy, secure authentication, RBAC, subscription billing, organization and user management, admin dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, REST APIs, third-party integrations, notifications, audit logs, and a clean architecture that's easy to build on as the product grows. If there are better ways to approach any of this, I'm happy to hear your suggestions. One thing I'd really like is someone who's easy to communicate with. I'm not a developer, so there will definitely be times when I'll ask what probably sounds like a basic question. I don't need coding lessons, but I do want someone who's happy to explain things in simple English so I understand what we're building and can make better decisions. Every now and then, I'd also like to jump on a quick call if we need to discuss a feature or work through an idea together. If you've built a similar SaaS platform, enterprise web application, Customer portal, or any large scale business system, I'd really like to see it. Please don't just send your portfolio tell me about one project that's closest to this. What was your role? What parts did you build? What technical challenges did you run into, and how did you solve them? I'm hoping to find someone I can keep working with long after the first version is finished. Thanks!
