Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer or development team to build a production-ready, enterprise-grade AI Chatbot specifically designed for the healthcare industry. This project requires strict following of healthcare regulations, meaning the entire architecture must be fully HIPAA-compliant with end-to-end data encryption, secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), and zero-data retention pipelines where necessary. Instead of a standard, linear conversational bot, we require an advanced Agentic AI model. This agent must possess self-running reasoning capabilities, enabling it to maintain complex conversational states, interpret patient requirements, and trigger specific backend workflows on its own. The primary utility of this Agentic AI will be managing patient consultations and doctor schedules. On the frontend, the chatbot needs a clean, highly accessible, and intuitive UI/UX design, tailored for patients who require a seamless interface to state their health needs. On the backend, the agent will process these patient requirements, interact with scheduling databases or APIs, and automatically display real-time doctor availability.
