Job Description Budget: $3,000 USD (Fixed Price) Timeline: 7–8 Weeks We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to handle the layout setup and technical implementation for a complete website modernization project. The site is content-heavy and is being moved from a legacy platform onto WordPress. Note on Scope: We are not providing Figma or custom design files. We are looking for a developer who can suggest and configure a clean, professional pre-made theme or layout structure (using tools like Elementor or standard builders). All content files in both languages will be provided. You will not be responsible for copywriting, translation, or web accessibility (WCAG) testing, as those are handled internally. What You Will Do:Theme Setup & Layout: Suggest and configure a modern, professional, and fully responsive layout layout suitable for an institutional website. Bilingual Setup: Configure a fully bilingual (English/French) framework using WPML or Polylang. Filterable Data Section: Set up a searchable and filterable data table section using standard WordPress plugins to present statistical data cleanly.
