Summary I am looking for an experienced n8n Automation Developer to design and build an AI-powered lead generation and email qualification workflow. The objective is to automate the entire lead qualification process by analyzing incoming emails, identifying potential clients, generating AI-powered responses, notifying the sales team of high-value opportunities, and maintaining a structured lead database. The workflow should monitor incoming emails (Gmail), analyze the content using an LLM, determine whether the sender is a potential client, assign a lead score, and automatically take the appropriate action based on the analysis. For qualified leads, the system should generate a professional AI-powered email response and immediately notify our team through Slack with the lead details and priority score. High-priority leads should trigger instant Slack notifications so they can be followed up without delay. For non-qualified leads, the workflow should still generate an appropriate AI response and maintain a record of the interaction. All processed emails—including sender information, email content, AI classification, lead score, response generated, and processing status—should be stored in Google Sheets, allowing our team to review the data manually whenever needed. The entire workflow should be developed in n8n using a modular, scalable, and maintainable architecture with proper error handling, logging, and documentation. The freelancer should recommend the most suitable AI model (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or another LLM) based on accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
