Description

Summary I run a consulting practice with multiple simultaneous client engagements. I need a system that takes call recordings/transcripts (Otter.ai or Microsoft Teams) and automatically turns them into agreements and tracked, owned, due-dated action items — scheduled onto my calendar, tracked in a full-featured task manager, and visible on a This RFQ covers one slice of a larger workflow project: the pipeline from transcript to organized, followed-up, prioritized action items. It does not include the analysis/document-generation side (situational analysis, SWOT Cross, etc.) or full engagement file organization — those are being scoped separately.
