Description

Summary We are an SME consulting firm that is transforming its operating model to be more automated and AI-supported. Our objective is to systematically automate processes across our workflows, including: - Marketing (primarily LinkedIn and WeChat posts) - Lead generation (primarily LinkedIn and email ABM campaigns) - Customer engagement (customization of proposals and free assessments) - Accounting (weekly, monthly reports) - Consulting processes (this is more complex) We are seeking an expert who can: - Work with us to build automated workflows - Support long term maintenance and updates - Train us to manage and iterate the newly automated workflows This will be a long term project run as a series of sprints.
