We're looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to join our team on a long-term basis. You'll build production-ready AI agents and automation systems for clients across multiple industries. If you've built real-world AI agents—not just experimented with tutorials—we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Build AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs Develop multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools Build MCP servers and tool integrations Optimize prompts, memory, and agent performance Deploy scalable applications using FastAPI and Docker Required Skills Python LangGraph LangChain OpenAI API RAG Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus) FastAPI Docker Git REST APIs Prompt Engineering Nice to Have MCP (Model Context Protocol) CrewAI AutoGen n8n LangSmith AWS / Azure / GCP CI/CD Kubernetes What We're Looking For 3+ years of Python experience Proven AI Agent projects in production Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Available for long-term collaboration
