Summary About the Project We're looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help us implement Claude AI (Anthropic) across our business operations. The goal is to streamline repetitive workflows, automate document handling, and connect Claude to our existing tools so our team can work faster and with fewer manual steps. This is a great fit for someone who has hands-on experience with Claude's API, Claude Code, MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors, and/or building custom internal tools powered by LLMs. What We Need Help With Mapping our current business processes and identifying automation opportunities Setting up Claude to integrate with tools we already use (e.g., email, calendar, CRM, document storage, spreadsheets) Building automated workflows for recurring tasks (document review/extraction, report generation, templated communications, data entry/cleanup) Configuring Claude Projects, custom instructions, and reusable prompt/skill templates for our team Light custom tooling: dashboards, trackers, or internal apps (via Claude API or Claude Code) where useful Documentation and light training so our internal team can maintain and extend the setup after handoff Ideal Skills & Experience Proven experience with Anthropic's Claude API / Claude Platform Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP connectors, and/or agentic workflow design Experience with business process mapping and automation (not just "prompting" — actual workflow architecture) Comfortable working with common business tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, CRMs, project management tools — happy to share specifics on a call) Strong communication skills — able to explain technical setups in plain language Prior freelance/consulting experience automating processes for small businesses is a plus
