StorageTrail Marketplace Transaction System (Phase 1) Budget: $500 Fixed Price Performance Bonus: +$100 if the project is fully completed, tested, and deployed within 5 calendar days. Project Overview StorageTrail is an online marketplace for underutilized real estate with 100+ live listings. The objective of this project is to convert our existing listings into a true online marketplace where renters can reserve storage space, authorize recurring monthly payments, electronically sign our Marketplace Agreement, and complete the entire rental transaction online. This is an MVP. The focus is reliability, simplicity, and getting our first renter transactions live as quickly as possible. Scope of Work 1. Add Rentable Options to Every Listing Each listing should support 1–3 rentable storage options, depending on the property. Example: Property A Outdoor Parking – $125/month Property B Small Space – $95/month Medium Space – $175/month Large Space – $295/month Each option should display as its own selectable button or card. 2. Reserve / Book Now Button Each rentable option should include a: Reserve Now or Book Now button. 3. Booking Flow When a renter clicks Reserve Now, collect: Full Name Email Address Phone Number 4. Stripe Integration Collect: Credit Card Billing Information Process the first payment through Stripe. Set up automatic recurring monthly billing using Stripe Subscriptions. Store payment information securely through Stripe (not WordPress). 5. StorageTrail Marketplace
