**Role Overview:** We are seeking a skilled RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Application Developer to design and build AI systems that enhance business analysis workflows. The ideal candidate will develop intelligent applications that combine large language models (LLMs) with structured and unstructured business data to generate insights, reports, and decision support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement RAG-based AI systems for business analysis use cases * Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, local models) with enterprise data sources (databases, APIs, documents) * Build pipelines for data ingestion, embedding, indexing, and retrieval (e.g., vector databases) * Develop AI-powered tools for: * Requirement analysis * Report generation * Trend detection and insights * Collaborate with business analysts to translate business needs into AI solutions * Optimize retrieval accuracy, response quality, and system performance * Ensure data security, privacy, and reliability of AI systems **Required Skills:** * Strong programming skills (Python / JavaScript / TypeScript) * Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering * Understanding of RAG architecture (embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines) * Familiarity with tools like: * LangChain / LlamaIndex * Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) * Knowledge of APIs and backend development (Node.js, FastAPI, etc.) * Basic understanding of business analysis concepts (requirements, KPIs, workflows) **Preferred Qualification
