I run Scalytics, a UK company that builds AI voice agents for service businesses. Trades, clinics, salons, hospitality. Our agents answer calls, book appointments, and capture revenue our clients were losing to missed calls. I'm looking for one developer to build and manage these systems with me, long term. What You'll Be Doing To start, you'll be building: - AI voice agents on Assistable.ai (prompting, tools, call flows, transfers) - GoHighLevel workflows, calendars, pipelines, and automations behind those agents - Review funnels, referral funnels, and CRM setups for clients As you prove yourself, the role grows into: -Supporting and troubleshooting live client systems - Speaking with clients directly to resolve issues (you'll represent the company, so clear spoken and written English is essential) - Owning the technical side of client accounts Must Haves: - Hands-on Assistable.ai experience with real builds you can show me. This is a hard requirement. If you haven't built on Assistable, please don't apply. - Strong GoHighLevel skills: workflows, triggers, calendars, custom fields, sub-accounts - Solid understanding of CRMs and how service businesses actually use them - Availability that overlaps with UK business hours (this becomes important as the role grows into client support) Nice to Have: - VAPI or Retell experience - Twilio or SIP trunking knowledge - Experience supporting non-technical business owners Rate and Growth: Starting at $12/hr.
