Summary Project Description I'm looking for an experienced Python AI developer to build an AI-powered website research agent. The goal is to automate business website analysis and generate structured reports. This is not a chatbot project. The application should automatically visit business websites, extract publicly available information, analyze the website, and export the results into Excel. Required Features 1. Website Crawling The application should automatically visit: Homepage About page Contact page Services page Team page (if available) 2. Contact Information Extract: Business Name Phone Number Public Email Address Website URL LinkedIn Company Page (if available) 3. Decision Maker Try to identify: Owner Founder CEO President Managing Partner If no verified decision maker can be found, leave the field empty. Do not invent information. 4. Website Evaluation For each company evaluate: Dedicated Landing Page Clear Call-To-Action Trust Signals Lead Capture Mobile Friendly Website Structure Offer Clarity The evaluation should be based only on what is actually present on the website. 5. Excel Export Generate an Excel file containing all collected data.
