Summary We're looking for an experienced developer to build an AI voice receptionist using Vapi that can handle appointment scheduling over the phone — fully automated, no human involved. What the AI agent needs to do: Answer inbound calls and talk naturally with the caller Book appointments — check availability, confirm details, and create the booking Reschedule appointments — look up the caller's existing appointment and move it to a new time Cancel appointments — find the booking, confirm, and free up the slot Confirm before any change so nothing is booked or cancelled by mistake Requirements: Hands-on experience with Vapi (voice AI agents) Experience connecting voice agents to a calendar or CRM (Google Calendar, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) Comfortable with API integrations, webhooks, and automation (n8n / Make / custom) Able to build reliable, natural-sounding call flows Clear communicator Nice to have: Twilio phone number setup Post-call logging / SMS confirmation Previous voice-agent demos To apply, please include: A short summary of your relevant experience with Vapi voice agents A demo or example of a voice agent you've built (audio/video if possible) Which calendar/CRM you'd recommend and why Your estimated timeline Budget: $50 (fixed) · Experience level: Intermediate · One-time project, with potential for ongoing work.
