We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build and integrate a focused Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) feature into our existing real estate CRM SaaS platform. The AI assistant should allow CRM users to ask questions about leads, clients, properties, notes, activities, and uploaded documents using natural language. Project Scope The developer will build a working MVP that can: Connect to our existing real estate CRM Retrieve information from CRM records Process selected PDF or text documents Answer user questions using CRM and document data Summarize leads, clients, properties, and activities Generate basic follow-up emails or messages Display the source used to generate each answer Prevent users from accessing data outside their organization Integrate the AI assistant into the existing CRM interface Example questions: What was the last conversation with this lead? Summarize this buyer’s requirements. Which properties match this client’s budget? What follow-up action should the agent take? Summarize this uploaded property document.
