Summary Overview: We want to hire an IT Automation Specialist to set up a workforce analytics system for our remote team, combined with automated team activity check-ins. Our goal is twofold: 1. Unified Monitoring: Connect our core systems—RingCentral, Dropbox, Google Workspace/Gmail, and Microsoft 365—to an out-of-the-box productivity tracker like ActivTrak or Hubstaff. 2. Automated Team Check-Ins: Set up a bot or automated workflow (using Zapier, Make.com, or platform APIs) that posts updates inside our company group chat. This automation should simulate the business owner checking in on team activity throughout the day, flagging high-level activity updates or identifying periods of zero activity/missed calls. We do not want to build a tracking platform from scratch. We want an expert to configure existing tools, integrate them securely, and automate the communication loop so the owner doesn't have to manually check spreadsheets.
