Hours: ~1 hour/day or longer, depending on the tasks or project-based Job Description: We're looking for an experienced AI Automation & Claude Specialist to help optimize our AI workflows and build systems that improve productivity and content creation. You'll primarily work inside Claude to create prompts, AI assistants, workflows, and automations that support our business. One of the first projects will be developing an AI influencer persona based on the client to help create content and promote her upcoming book. You'll also help optimize AI workflows for real estate-related, podcast, and personal brand. We're looking for someone who can take an idea or task and turn it into an effective Claude workflow with minimal guidance. Responsibilities: - Create and optimize Claude prompts and AI workflows - Build an AI persona for personal brand - Develop AI systems for content creation, podcast, and real estate - Create Claude projects and suggest better workflows - Recommend AI tools and automations when appropriate - Turn ideas into repeatable AI systems Requirements: - Advanced experience using Claude AI - Strong prompt engineering skills - Experience building AI workflows and automations - Able to think strategically and solve problems independently - Excellent English communication Application Questions: 1.
