Summary # AI Automation Developer for Real Estate Leasing Workflow (Freshworks CRM, Email, AI, Voice & SMS) ## About the Project We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an AI Leasing Assistant that automates our leasing workflow from initial inquiry through post-tour follow-up. Our lead generation process is already connected. Leads come from multiple rental platforms and are automatically sent to our Outlook leasing inbox and Freshworks CRM. Your responsibility is to build the AI workflow that takes over once a lead enters our CRM or leasing email. ## Current Platforms * Freshworks CRM * Microsoft Outlook * Zillow * Avail * TurboTenant * Apartments.com * Affordable Homes Website ## Project Scope The AI should be able to: * Detect new leads in Freshworks CRM or Outlook * Send personalized email responses * Introduce our leasing program * Qualify applicants * Ask for: * Preferred tour date and time * Credit score * Annual income * Monthly income * Automatically schedule property tours * Request ID and credit verification * Send reminders until required documents are uploaded * Automatically send door codes and showing instructions after verification * Follow up after the property tour through email, SMS, or AI phone calls * Continue nurturing the lead until they apply, decline, or become inactive ## Preferred Experience We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following: * Freshworks CRM * Make.com * Zapier * OpenAI API / ChatGPT * AI Agents * Voice AI * Twilio * Calendly or Microsoft Bookings * Outlook or Microsoft 365 integrations * API integrations * Real estate automation (preferred) We're open to your recommendations regarding the best technology stack. ## Deliverables * End-to-end AI leasing workflow * AI email automation * AI qualification workflow * Calendar booking automation * Document collection workflow * Door code automation * Post-tour follow-up automation * Documentation of the solution ## To Apply Please include: 1.
