I’m looking for an expert-level AI Automation Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, optimize, and expand an AI-powered lead generation and follow-up system for my real estate wholesaling business. If you do NOT have direct experience working with real estate wholesalers or real estate investors, please do not apply. This is a firm requirement. I’m not looking for someone who needs to learn the real estate investing business or understand wholesaling workflows. I need someone who has already built or managed automation systems for wholesalers or investors and understands how leads move from initial contact through qualification, acquisitions, dispositions, and follow-up. Likewise, if your experience with n8n, GoHighLevel, Claude, APIs, or AI automations is only basic or intermediate, this position is not the right fit. I’m looking for someone who is considered an expert in these platforms and can quickly diagnose issues, implement permanent solutions, and improve the overall system without constant guidance. About the System The system is already built and actively running. I’m not looking for someone to build it from scratch. My current developer is located overseas, and because of the time difference, I need someone available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours who can monitor the system, troubleshoot issues in real time, and continue improving the platform. The tech stack includes: * n8n * Claude AI (Anthropic API) * GoHighLevel * SMS automations * AI lead qualification * CRM automations * APIs * Webhooks * Custom workflows The AI reads incoming seller conversations, qualifies leads, updates CRM records, moves opportunities through pipeline stages, and triggers automations based on each seller’s responses. Responsibilities * Monitor the system during Eastern Time business hours * Troubleshoot automation failures immediately * Debug and optimize complex n8n workflows * Improve Claude prompts and AI decision-making * Maintain API and webhook integrations * Build new workflows and features as needed * Prevent recurring issues by implementing permanent fixes * Keep documentation organized * Recommend improvements that increase reliability and scalability Required Qualifications You must have real-world, hands-on experience with: * n8n (expert level) * Claude AI / Anthropic API * GoHighLevel * REST APIs * Webhooks * JSON * HTTP Requests * AI workflow automation * CRM automations * Prompt engineering * Debugging complex automation systems You must also have direct experience supporting real estate wholesalers or real estate investors.
