Summary Looking to build a No-Code Micro SaaS (Softr + Airtable + OpenAI) for Investing Education & Deal Tracking Description We are building NotePath™, a no-code Micro SaaS platform designed to help people learn, practice, and buy mortgage notes through guided workflows, simulations, task management, and accountability systems. This is a speed-first MVP build using: Softr Airtable OpenAI API Stripe Zapier/Make (optional) We are looking for a highly organized no-code developer/product builder who can help us launch a polished beta quickly. About NotePath™. NotePath™ helps aspiring note investors: Define their investment vision Learn the note-buying process step-by-step Practice simulated deals Track real note deals Receive notifications when tasks are incomplete or overdue The platform has 3 sections: Learn Practice Buy Notes Scope of Work Core Deliverables 1. Airtable Build Create and organize: User database Vision database Tasks engine Practice deal simulator database Live deal tracker Notifications database Formulas, linked records, rollups, and filtered views are required. 2. Softr Frontend Build a clean, professional member portal with: Dashboard Learn section Practice section Buy Notes section User authentication Progress tracking Responsive/mobile-friendly design 3. Automations Set up: Task generation Reminder notifications Section unlock logic Inactivity alerts Overdue task alerts Using: Airtable Automations Zapier or Make (if needed) 4. OpenAI Integration Integrate AI prompts/workflows that: Help users define their vision Generate next-step guidance Explain simulation outcomes Provide structured accountability messaging We already have much of the prompt logic written. 5. Stripe Integration Set up: Beta subscription access Paid membership gating Ideal Candidate You are: Strong with Softr + Airtable Experienced with no-code SaaS builds Organized and detail-oriented Fast-moving and communicative Able to recommend simple, scalable solutions Comfortable integrating AI workflows BONUS: Experience building educational platforms Experience with CRMs, task systems, or workflow products Familiarity with real estate investing or finance Important This is a speed-first MVP, NOT an over-engineered enterprise build.
