Summary Bellion Collective is an AI Workforce Consulting company that builds custom AI Employees for service-based businesses. We have signed our first client and are looking for an experienced Vapi AI Voice Agent expert to build the implementation while I oversee the project and document the process for future client deployments. This is the first of many projects. I am looking for a long-term technical partner as Bellion grows. Project Scope Build an AI receptionist using Vapi that can: • Answer inbound phone calls • Hold natural conversations • Capture lead information • Answer FAQs • Qualify prospects • Schedule appointments • Transfer calls when needed • Connect with Google Calendar • Connect with the client’s CRM • Trigger automations using Make.com or Zapier when appropriate Important I want to be involved throughout the build. Please be comfortable: • Explaining your process • Joining Zoom or Google Meet sessions • Recording your work when requested • Allowing me to ask questions • Helping create a repeatable implementation process This is not just a one-time build. I’m building a consulting company and want to standardize this process for future clients.
