Job Description I am looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator with strong expertise in cPanel/WHM, PHP, WordPress, and dedicated servers to help upgrade and modernize my HostGator dedicated server. My goal is to hire someone who can take ownership of this project, identify any issues, and safely complete the work with minimal downtime. Current Environment Dedicated HostGator server WHM / cPanel CentOS 7 Around 50 websites Many websites are running outdated PHP versions (7.4 and older) Mostly WordPress websites, with some custom PHP applications Scope of Work Perform a full server audit Review every website and determine PHP compatibility Upgrade PHP versions where possible Fix compatibility issues after upgrades Update WordPress installations, plugins, and themes if necessary Improve server security and performance Review Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, SSL, backups, and overall server health Recommend whether migrating from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux or another supported operating system is the best long-term solution Complete the work with as little downtime as possible Document the changes made Requirements Expert in Linux server administration Expert in cPanel/WHM Strong PHP migration experience WordPress troubleshooting experience Experience upgrading legacy servers Experience with HostGator dedicated servers is a plus Excellent communication Able to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision Please answer these questions How many years of experien
