Description
We are hiring an AI Enablement Trainer to help employees at an established enterprise organisation get real value from AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude. This is a coaching role, not an engineering role. The work is calendar-based and high-touch. You will run scheduled one-on-one and small-group sessions with employees across different business functions, helping them understand which tool fits which task and giving them practical, role-specific ways to work faster. This is white-glove enablement, not a reactive help desk. This is an ongoing contract engagement with potential to extend. What you will do - Deliver scheduled coaching sessions to technical and non-technical employees - Build practical, role-specific use cases and prompt guidance - Help new users get started when they first receive access to a tool - Maintain a shared log of common questions and resolutions - Stay current on AI tools and translate updates into practical advice Who we are looking for - Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and general AI tooling - Strong communicator who can explain AI clearly to non-technical professionals - Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a good instinct for matching tools to needs - Prior experience delivering training or enablement to professional teams - Comfortable presenting to mixed audiences in the same session - This is not an engineering role; we are not looking for AI engineers or developers Requirements - Available during standard US
