We are seeking an experienced freelancer to implement AI automation across our finance and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and financial systems, with the ability to analyze and optimize financial processes. Responsibilities include identifying areas for automation, developing AI solutions, and integrating them into existing systems. The candidate should be able to work independently and deliver results efficiently. Here are a couple of pain points we are currently facing and we'd love to know how you would propose solving them when we chat: - Weekly cash flow forecast - system design isn't accurate enough (both on AP / AR) - Ability to mine historical sales & collections data to be able to analyze information for sales team to identify where & who they should be prospecting, maintenance, renewals (salesforce + QBO overlap) - Workflow on collections - somehow automating the capturing of customer level communications to more accurately manage collections - Haven't been closing out collections properly; trying to collect from clients that already paid; clients being invoiced twice or not at all - Weak inventory management; integration from salesforce to QBO to procurement decisions need improvement - AP & cash reconciliation - Finance & KPI reporting We need someone who understands sales and accounting processes and the flow of cash / information through the various departments and systems we use (Salesforce, QBO, procuremen
