Description
Summary We're a healthcare/wellness business (post-surgical recovery, lymphatic drainage, and wellness clinic with multiple locations) looking to better leverage Anthropic's Claude ecosystem across our operations — marketing, staff training, scheduling, and internal tooling. We need someone who can: Build and configure workflows using Claude Code (agentic coding, automating repetitive dev/ops tasks) Set up and customize Claude agents for business use cases (e.g., customer follow-up, content drafting, internal knowledge retrieval) Integrate Claude with tools we already use or plan to use (Google Workspace, phone/CRM systems, spreadsheets, internal docs) Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors where useful, so Claude can pull from/act on our existing systems Advise on which Claude products fit which task (Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude API, Cowork, Chrome/Excel/PowerPoint agents) rather than defaulting to one tool for everything Document what's built so our internal team can maintain it Ideal skills: Hands-on experience with Claude Code (terminal, VS Code, or desktop) Experience building with the Anthropic API (tool use / function calling, system prompts) MCP server setup/configuration experience General automation/scripting background (Python or JS) Bonus: experience in healthcare, wellness, or small-business operations tooling Deliverables (first engagement): Audit of our current workflows and a recommendation for where Claude Code/agents add the most value One working automation or agent setup as a proof of concept Short documentation/handoff so we can run it ourselves or extend it How to apply: Please share 1-2 examples of Claude Code or Claude agent work you've done (even personal projects), and a brief note on how you'd approach auditing a small business's workflows for automation opportunities.
