We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert to implement an AI-powered CRM and automation system for a growing dental clinic in the UK. A detailed project specification, workflow documentation, system prompts, and QA test scripts will be provided. Your role will be to configure, integrate, test, and deliver a reliable production-ready solution. Scope of Work Configure and optimize a GoHighLevel sub-account. Set up calendars, pipelines, custom fields, and workflow automations. Implement Conversation AI and Voice AI for lead qualification, appointment booking, and patient communication. Integrate GoHighLevel with Dentally using Make.com, Zapier, or API-based solutions. Configure LC Phone/Twilio, call recording, AI transcription, and messaging. Build lead nurturing, recall, reputation management, payment, and internal workflow automations. Perform end-to-end testing, resolve issues, and provide complete documentation and a Loom walkthrough. Requirements Proven experience with GoHighLevel Workflows, Conversation AI, Voice AI, Calendars, Pipelines, and CRM automation. Strong experience with API integrations, Make.com, Zapier, and third-party automation tools. Experience implementing AI-powered booking and customer communication workflows. Knowledge of Twilio/LC Phone configuration and messaging best practices. Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
