Summary I need an AI voice agent expert to set up an automated appointment booking system for my business. We're getting after-hours calls and missing lead opportunities because there's no one to answer. I want a conversational AI solution that answers calls 24/7, qualifies callers naturally, and books appointments directly into my calendar. The system should use Vapi or Retell AI for the voice agent, integrate seamlessly with GoHighLevel so every call creates or updates a contact record and moves them through the right pipeline stages, and connect with Google Calendar for real-time availability and booking. I also want Make handling the workflows between these tools; triggering SMS/email confirmations after booking, logging call transcripts, and keeping everything in sync. If this first project goes well, there's plenty more work. I'm looking to build a full suite of AI automation tools including more voice agents, chatbots, and complex workflow automation across my entire operation. I need someone who understands both the technical side and how to make the conversation feel natural for callers. Looking for someone who can move fast and explain things clearly along the way.
