Description

IMPORTANT: Russian language proficiency is REQUIRED for this project. The system interfaces (1C, RetailCRM) and all team communications will be in Russian. We are looking for an experienced integration specialist to set up a synchronization between 1C:Retail 3.0 (1С:Розница 3.0) and RetailCRM (Professional plan). Project Goal: Our front-line staff should work exclusively in RetailCRM without ever logging into 1C. We need a reliable inventory and order sync to keep data consistent across both systems. Workflow and Requirements: Product catalog and stock levels should be initially uploaded from 1C to RetailCRM. The manager processes an order in RetailCRM, manually entering the bouquet components in the order card (e.g., Roses: 5 pcs, Eucalyptus: 1 pc, etc., selected from the catalog). Once the order status is set to final (e.g., "Completed" / "Выполнен" — specific status to be agreed upon), these items must be automatically written off/deducted in RetailCRM. This stock deduction must automatically sync back to 1C to prevent any discrepancies. We also need to design and implement a logical workflow for entering new stock arrivals (supplies) and updating them across both systems. Scope of Work: Set up the initial catalog and inventory export from 1C to RetailCRM. Implement automatic stock deduction in CRM upon order completion (based on the bouquet components). Set up reverse synchronization of stock write-offs from CRM back to 1C. Design and implement a workflow for stock replen
