Summary What we're building We're scaling clinic onboarding on Twilio's WhatsApp Business Platform. We're standing up as a Meta Tech Provider (ISV) so that each clinic gets its own clinic-owned WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), provisioned through Meta Embedded Signup, with senders created and managed programmatically through the Twilio Senders API. We need an engineer who has genuinely done this before. This is a specialised integration, not a generic Twilio SMS job, and we're looking for someone who already knows the WABA, subaccount and Embedded Signup model cold. Scope of work - Integrate Meta Embedded Signup into our application (Facebook Login for Business, the front-end listener that returns each clinic's WABA ID) - Complete the Twilio Tech Provider Program integration: link our Meta app as a Partner Solution and implement the one-subaccount-per-clinic architecture -Build programmatic sender registration and bulk onboarding across subaccounts using the Twilio Senders API - Build the clinic-facing onboarding form that triggers sender creation, supporting both Twilio-provisioned numbers and clinics bringing their own number Implement the migration flow for a clinic whose number is currently live on another WhatsApp provider - Configure per-sender webhooks that route inbound messages into our orchestration layer Handle OTP verification paths (SMS and voice), display-name pre-checks before bulk registration, and clean error handling -Stand up an interim direct-customer path so our first clinics can go live while Tech Provider approval is pending -Guide us through Meta Business Verification, App - Review and Access Verification You're a strong fit if you have - Hands-on production experience with the Twilio - WhatsApp Business Platform, specifically the Senders API and Embedded Signup - Direct experience taking a company through Meta's - Tech Provider Program / setting up as a WhatsApp ISV - A solid grasp of WABA architecture, Twilio subaccounts, messaging tiers and quality ratings Strong REST API and webhook integration skills, and comfort working against our backend - Fluency in Meta Business Manager and WhatsApp Manager Bonus points - Experience scaling to hundreds or thousands of senders - Healthcare or other regulated-industry messaging experience
